How to cook
Steam Frozen
Cook Time
- 5 min.
Place required amount into steamer basket over boiling water.
Bring back to the boil and steam for 5 minutes until tender.
Do not let the pan boil dry.
Remove from steam basket and serve.
Hob Frozen
Cook Time
- 4 min.
Place required amount into a pan and cover with boiling water.
Bring back to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes until tender.
Drain well and serve.
Microwave Frozen

Based on a fifth of a bag
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place into a microwaveable dish.
Cover and vent.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Drain and serve.
If using chilled, once cooked allow to cool, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
