How to cook

Defrost

In a refrigerator

Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover with cling film

Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.


Grill Defrost

medium heat Cook time: 10 min. - 12 min.

Pre-heat grill to a medium to high heat.

Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.

Grill for 10-12 minutes.

Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.


Grill Frozen

medium heat Cook time: 14 min. - 16 min.

Pre-heat grill to a medium to high heat.

Remove required amount from packaging.

Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.

Grill for 14-16 minutes.

Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.

Lovely if done in gravy in oven. Very tasty.

Dont bother with these come out of the oven unedible eat a brick ,, tastier and softer...

cooked as a casserole and the lamb melted in the mouth.
