How to cook
Hob Frozen
Cook Time
- 24 min.
Based on half a pack
Place required amount into a pan and cover with boiling water.
Bring back to the boil and simmer for 24 minutes until tender.
Drain well and serve.
Steam Frozen
Cook Time
- 25 min.
Based on half a pack
Place required amount into steamer basket over boiling water.
Bring back to the boil and steam for 25 minutes (Do not let the pan boil dry).
Remove from steam basket and serve.
Microwave Frozen

- 10 min.
800W
Based on half a pack
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place into a microwaveable dish.
Cover and vent.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir, cook for a further 5 minutes.
Drain well and serve.
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 10 hr.
Based on half a pack
Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 10 hours.
Ensure the product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking.
Once defrosted, cook immediately.
Air Fry Defrost
180°C
Cook Time
- 24 min.
Based on half a pack
Set temperature to 180°C.
Place into air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 24 minutes.
Shake half way through cooking time.
If using chilled, once cooked allow to cool, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 day.
BBQ
This product is suitable for barbeque.
Follow chosen cooking instruction and finish off on the barbeque.
