How to cook

Pan Fry Frozen

Based on a whole bag

Place frying pan over a medium heat.

Remove from all packaging, place butter pellets to one side.

Add sprouts to the pan with 3 tablespoons of water.

Fry over a medium heat for 11 minutes.

Stir occasionally.

Add butter pellets to the pan.

Cook for a further 1 minute.

If using chilled, once cooked allow to cool, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
