How to cook
Defrost
Defrost in a refrigerator for 36 hours.
Drain before cooking.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Oven Defrost
Fan 180°C
Cook time:
- 1 hr. 45 min.
Gas 6
Remove outer packaging and film lid.
Pat dry, sprinkle the desired amount of sachet contents over the rind.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 1 hour 45 minutes.
Stand for 20 minutes before carving.
