How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook time:
- 36 hr.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 36 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 72 hours.
Oven Defrost
Fan 180°C
Cook time:
- 1 hr. 40 min.
Gas 6
Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side.
Place on a roasting tray, cover loosely with foil, cook near the middle of the oven.
1 hour 10 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, drain any excess liquid, drizzle half the sauce sachet onto the surface, return to the oven for a further 30 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes before serving with the remaining sauce.

- 2 hr. 40 min.
Gas 6

Place on a roasting tray, cover loosely with foil, cook near the middle of the oven.
2 hours 20 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, drain any excess liquid, drizzle half the sauce sachet onto the surface, return to the oven for a further 20 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes before serving with the remaining sauce.

Excellent quality and great value for money . Followed the cooking instructions and meat was fabulous, very soft and could be shredded with a fork. It tasted delicious and sauce that came with to glaze was just perfect too. There was very little amount of bone in ours so there was an astronomical amount of meat compared to others I’ve tried which are mostly bone. Highly recommended
