How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook time:
- 24 hr.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 72 hours.
Oven Defrost
Fan 180°C
Cook time:
- 1 hr. 10 min.
Gas 6
Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side.
Place on a roasting tray, cover loosely with foil, cook near the middle of the oven.
50 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, drain any excess liquid, drizzle half the sauce sachet onto the surface, return to the oven for a further 20 minutes.
Stand for 5 minutes before serving with the remaining sauce.

Bought today really looked forward to it for our tea and it was absolutely disgusting, full of fat and hardly any meat on it, absolutely fuming.

This product was the most disgusting meal l have ever bought from Iceland. One large bone with inedible chunks of beef . After wasting over an hour cooking it , l ended opening a can of soup. Don’t buy this product unless you have a dog !
