How to cook

Defrost

in a refrigerator Cook time: - 24 hr.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

Drain before cooking.

Once defrosted, use immediately.


Oven Defrost

Fan 180°C Cook time: - 1 hr. 50 min.

Gas 6

Remove outer packaging and film lid, place sachet to one side.

Cover loosely with foil, place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

1 hour 30 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, cover with glaze, return to the oven for a further 20 minutes.

Stand for 20 minutes before carving.
