How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook time:
- 48 hr.
Remove carton and foil tray, leave in paper wrap, place on a tray with raised edges.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 48 hours.
Drain before cooking.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.
Oven Defrost
Fan 160°C
Cook time:
- 2 hr. 15 min.
Gas 4
Pre-heat oven Fan 160°C/Gas 4.
Place in a roasting tin near the middle of the oven for 2 hours 15 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes, remove string before carving.
For crispier skin, open paper wrap after cooking time and return to oven for a further 5 minutes.
Oven Frozen
Fan 160°C
Cook time:
- 3 hr. 30 min.
Gas 4
Pre-heat oven Fan 160°C/Gas 4.

As cooked in bag, did not notice intense garlic smell until opened, garlic taste so strong could not eat it.

A turkey crown contains the breast bone and has no wings or legs. This is not a turkey crown as it is just a slab of boneless meat. Not tasted it but is mis-advertised.
