Gave one star as after I cooked as per instructions when I served it , there was no meat or gravy whatsoever just lots of potatoes. complained to Iceland but apparently didn't give the right amount of barcodes to warrant a decent reply/explanation. ok it was only a cheap 'luxury' Iceland meal but come on Iceland how much more information can I give you and no after a day or so I do not keep the packaging, believe it or not

It was lovely and taste full be better with chunks of lamb thou not minced

It was not very tasty and had a creasy texture. I won't be buying it again

its all right for a fast meal

Good

marvellous product very tasty

Lovely tender meat and veg

very good agree with other customer potatoes bunch up in middle sometimes

Absolutely dreadful, barely any meat & limp watery thin sliced of potatoes, I would have been disappointed if it cost £1, but luxury - IT IS NOT. Went in the bin.

the reason i rated it 5 stars is because the lamb is moist and tender and is the best i have tried the only thing i find is the slice potatoes dont always cook as they are usually all in the middle from being handled

I expected sliced potatoes to be separate. These are squashed into a lump. Microwaved as per instructions. Results - tasteless, dry and greasy. Not recommended.

This is the nicest Lancashire Hotpot ready meal I've ever tasted. And I mean by a long way. If someone gave me a home made Lancashire Hotpot, I'd be delighted if it was as good as this.Contrary to the 'mutton' references in the reviews, I'm tasting excellent quality lamb.... maybe west country or Welsh. Six out of five for me.

Tasted more of mutton than lamb and there didn't seem to be much under the potatoes

I tried this meal yesterday and found it seriously lacking in flavour and quantity especially for the £2.69 I paid for it. The potatoes came out almost raw and the edges were burnt. I will definitely not be buying this again.

This is the first Iceland meal I have ever had and I was delighted. Full of flavour, rich gravy and plenty of vegetable. Would buy this again

Tasteless lamp was bad no carrots or swede or onions in mine i won`t buy this again. This is worst one i have so far of the luxury end and i would not even called it that.

This is the worst thing I have tried to eat, potatoes raw even cooked as stated, all gravy meat if that was what hopefully I was eating. Faint specks of something. My dog even didnt eat it. Gross

I buy 2 of these every week and thoroughly enjoy them. The sliced potatoes come out really crispy, the meat is very tender with nice vegetables and a lovely thick gravy.

It was watery, with very little meat, flavour or substance. Even the potatoes were so thinly sliced they tasted like soggy cardboard.

Don’t be fooled by the cover photo, which depicts a mouthwatering lamb stew, topped with ten thin slices of potato. My purchase was composed almost entirely of potato - accompanied by four tiny pieces of carrot - beneath which lay possibly a teaspoon of lamb, hidden within a tablespoon of gravy. Perhaps this was due to a manufacturing error but I can only give my honest opinion, based upon my personal experience: Truly awful!
