How to cook
Defrost
Remove outer packaging, peel back film lid, remove butter pellet and keep frozen until ready to cook.
Replace film lid.
Defrost scallops in a refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
Once defrosted use immediately.
Pan Fry Defrost
Pre-heat a frying pan over a high heat.
Add the butter pellet to the pan, allow to soften, reduce heat.
Add scallops to the pan, fry over a medium heat for 6 minutes.
Stir frequently, reduce heat if necessary.
Grill Defrost
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.
Remove outer packaging and film lid.
Place tray onto the base of a grill pan.
Grill for 6 minutes.
Stir thoroughly, grill for a further 2 minutes.
Reduce heat if necessary..
