Pre-heat oven Fan 190°C/Gas 6.

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 30 minutes.

Remove film lid and return to oven for 20 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.

Place on a microwaveable plate.

Cook for 7 minutes.

Remove film, cook for a further 4 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute before serving.
