How to cook
Microwave Frozen

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Cook on full power for 6 minutes.
Peel back film lid.
Add 3 tablespoons of water to the rice.
Stir both compartments.
Re-cover and cook for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds.
Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook Time
- 45 min.
Gas 6
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 30 minutes.
Peel back film lid.
Add 3 tablespoons of water to the rice.
Stir both compartments.
Re-cover and cook for a further 15 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 24 hr.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 1 day.
