How to cook

Defrost

In a refrigerator

Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.


Pan Fry Defrost

Pan Fry Cook time: 10 min. - 12 min.

Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Remove from all packaging, place lemon slices to one side.

Fry over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time and add lemon slices and cook for remaining time.

Reduce heat if necessary.


Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C Cook time: 18 min. - 20 min.

Gas 6 Cook time: 18 min. - 20 min.

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove from all packaging.

Place on a pre-heated lightly oiled baking tray near the middle of the oven for 18-20 minutes.

Really delicious and so easy.

Delicious, steamed with veg wrapped in baking paper.

Very nice fish. I added Schwartz seasoning for extra flavour and oven cooked it in foil from frozen and it was still juicy.

Good quality sea bass and a really good size. I cannot eat fish as soon as I find a bone but this was totally bone free. Tasty and well worth the money.
