I'm gutted. This was THE product that draws us in to Iceland as part of our weekly shop, but they went and CHANGED THE RECIPE! We mistakenly purchased this bland 463 calorie imposter last weekend, as the packaging is (purposely) almost identical to the original product. Only later, on closer inspection, did we notice an octagonal tray whereas the original was circular. The image is very subtly different but it's named the same, same font, same weight, same location in the store etc. The original was glorious. Garlicky, lemony, 620 calories and worth every one. This new recipe has actually put me off the Iceland's prawns entirely. The sauce is bland and far too cream-forward with very little else flavouring it. The prawns feel artificial as if they've enlarged them somehow and managed to fake the texture of a bigger, higher quality prawn. All in all, I won't choose to eat this version again. It could be on sale for 99p and I wouldn't even consider it. Truly disappointed.

Amazed at previous poor reviews..cooked as directed let it stand for 5 mins and not runny..excellent taste and prawns succulent...added a few shavings of parmesan.

very runny , too much garlic and hard chewy prawns , made me feel quite ill ...

Sauce to runny prawns chewy

Tastes nice, plenty of prawns but it’s far too runny. Sauce turns to watery consistency after a few mins

Very watery consistently. More like soup than a pasta sauce, and slopped everywhere making a mess. Also, two much lemon. Could barely taste anything else. Would not buy again nor recommend.

Absolutely disgusting. Watery lemon mess! The dogs wouldn’t even eat it! I like lemon with fish but this is just lemon not much else

This is not how alfredo is supposed to taste, its not creamy and the lemon oil is over powering. I've had it twice and didn't enjoy it either times.

Impressive taste we love it, I also added pork crisps crunch and boiled egg ❤️❤️❤️

My favourite meal. On the table from the freezer in nine minutes. Adore the linguine in the extremely tasty sauce.
