Pre-heat oven Fan 190°C/Gas 6.

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.

Remove film, cook for a further 10 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Remove film lid and cook for a further 3 minutes.
