How to cook

Defrost

In a refrigerator

Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.


Oven Defrost

Fan 180°C Cook time: 1 hr. 5 min. - 1 hr. 10 min.

Gas 6 Cook time: 1 hr. 5 min. - 1 hr. 10 min.

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove from all packaging, place glaze sachet to one side.

Place in a roasting tin near the middle of the oven for 1 hour 5 - 10 minutes.

Stand for 5 minutes, remove string before carving.

Empty glaze into a small pan, heat gently over a low heat for 1-2 minutes.

Pour over glaze to serve.

1 hour into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 1 hour 5-10 minutes.

Pour over glaze to serve.

Very tasty easy to cook - the family loved it
