How to cook

BBQ Chilled

Cook on the barbecue, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and no pink colour remains.

Grill Chilled

Cook Time

20 min. - 25 min.


Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.

Remove required amount from packaging, carefully separate.

Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.

Grill for 20-25 minutes.

Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

Oven Chilled

Fan 170°C

Cook Time

20 min. - 25 min.


Gas 5

Pre-heat oven Fan 170°C/Gas 5.

Remove required amount from packaging.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time.

Pan Fry Chilled

Cook Time

12 min. - 14 min.


Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Remove from packaging.

Fry over a low to medium heat for 12-14 minutes.

Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

Freeze as soon as possible after purchase before the date mark shown. Best used within 3 months of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before use. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
