How to cook

BBQ Defrost

Cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and no pink colour remains.


Defrost

in a refrigerator Cook time: - 9 hr.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 9 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.


Pan Fry Defrost

Cook time: - 12 min.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

Remove required amount from packaging.

Fry over a medium heat for 12 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time.

Reduce heat if necessary.


Pan Fry Frozen

Cook time: - 18 min.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

Remove required amount from packaging.

Fry over a medium heat for 18 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time.

Really tasty, had them in brioche buns

They didn’t shrink very much, they looked pleasing and the flavour was good. They were, however, very dry even though I didn’t need the full cooking time and I fried them in bacon fat.

They are packed full of flavour,juicy and do not shrink. I would highly recommend them to everyone to try if they go back into stores.

I’m not one for leaving reviews but bought 2packs of these today on a whim and was really surprised with other people’s low reviews, I’m not sure what they we’re expecting from a hoisin duck burger, 80% duck breast hoisin marinaded ,they tasted great really juicy and flavourful, just how I was hoping they would be, they definitely made a real change from boring old beef burgers, we will definitely be buying plenty of them again for the freezer, please keep them in stock Iceland , absolutely delicious 😍😍👍👍

Good idea, but not good tasting. Very dry texture and the Hoisin sauce overpowers any taste of 'Duck'

Disgusting thought they would make a change how wrong can you be. Don't waste your money.

These are great if you enjoy duck and hoi sin. Quite a strong flavour that stands up well to a big bun. You can slice these into a wrap too!
