How to cook

Defrost

In a refrigerator Cook time: 24 hr.


Shallow Fry Defrost

Shallow Fry Cook time: 10 min. - 12 min.

Remove all packaging, setting aside sage butters.

Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Fry over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes.

Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary. Add sage butters 1 minute before the end of cook.

This should be a real winner. The sage butter was sage-y without being overpowering, the prosciutto wasn't too salty and the veal was fab. Will buy again.

Absolutely delicious and meat melts in your mouth.
