How to cook

Defrost

Defrost Cook time: 12 hr.

In a refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours.


Shallow Fry Defrost

Shallow fry Cook time: 6 min. - 8 min.

Remove from all packaging, place butter pellets to one side.

Slice each pork tenderloin into 4 medallions.

Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium/high heat.

Place into the frying pan and cook for 3-4 minutes each side.

Drain, add butter to the pan until melted.


Oven Defrost

Remove from all packaging, place butter pellets to one side.

Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium/high heat.

Place pork tenderloins into the frying pan and cook for 4 minutes each side.

Place in a roasting tin near the middle of a pre-heated oven fan 180°C/Gas 6 for : 10-12 minutes.

Place a butter pellet on each pork tenderloin and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Stand 5 minutes before serving.

2 good size portions made for an excellent weekend treat. The butter is so tasty I wish I could buy this separately!
