How to cook

Defrost

In a refrigerator

Removed required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover with cling film.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.


Pan Fry Defrost

Pan Fry Cook time: 18 min.

Remove from packaging.

Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Fry over a medium heat for 18 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time.

Reduce heat if necessary.


Oven Frozen

Fan 200°C Cook time: 46 min.

Gas 7 Cook time: 46 min.

Pre-heat oven Fan 200°C/Gas 7.

Remove required amount from packaging.

Wrap loosely in foil.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 46 minutes.


Grill Frozen

Grill Cook time: 27 min.

Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.

Remove required amount from packaging.

Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.

Grill for 27 minutes.

Turn halfway through cooking time, reduce heat if necessary.

Lovely

Mistakenly, I thought these were smoked salmon (to eat raw with lemon and black pepper) I cooked one, following the instructions, and found the flesh was dry and rather tough. I'm afraid the second fillet went into the food waste recycling.
