How to cook


Defrost Cook time: 8 hr.

In a refrigerator for a minimum of 8 hours.

Oven Defrost

Remove from all packaging.

Place duck breasts skin side down into a cold frying pan and place over a medium heat.

Fry for 5 minutes.

Place skin side up on a baking tray near the middle of a pre-heated oven fan 180/ Gas 6 for 5 - 7 minutes (for best results do not overcook).

Allow to stand for 5 minutes on the baking tray before serving.

These guidelines are for rare to medium. For well done cook longer in the oven.

Skin on, boneless duck breast fillets seasoned with a sea salt and pepper rub.

Succulent, tender and tasty

Rank. I absolutely do NOT recommend.

Extremely salty, the quality of the duck was great, we just couldn't get past the awful brine that over powers your mouth. Please icelands can you sell them plain.

Seasoned well, cooked for a few mins longer than suggested on the wrapper and were perfect for us. The meat was so tender and so tasty. Served with mash and tender stem broccoli.

Way too much salt.

BUT as everyone has said far too salty, been told to soak in water and dry before I cook next time, which I definitely will do

Lovely lean and well seasoned Duck, we love them, great served with new potatoes and greens.

Followed the instructions to the 'T' and it was beautiful, lovely and pink and soooooooo tender! A previous review stated it was salty but if you are eating it with bean sprouts etc. It's great. Highly recommend.

These duck breasts are lean nd with minimal fat cooked well and were tender . Disappointing the level of salt which made them difficult to eat

I cooked these in the oven, they turned out perfect. Added a bit more sweet chilli sauce on serving duck I have tasted cooked by myself :)
