How to cook
Pan Fry Chilled
Remove from packaging.
Allow to stand for 20 minutes.
Lightly season each side of the steak and rub with a little oil.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a high heat.
Fry over a high heat, turn every 2 minutes, reduce heat if necessary.
Rare 5-6 minutes, Medium 7-8 minutes, Well done 10+ minutes.
Stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Air Fry Chilled
1400W 4Ltr
Set temperature to 200°C.
Remove from all packaging, allow to stand for 20 minutes.
Lightly season each side of the steak and rub with a little oil.
Place into air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 6-7 minutes Rare, for 8-9 minutes Medium and for 12-13 minutes Well Done.
Turn half way through cooking time.
Stand for 5 minutes before serving.
