How to cook

Air Fry Chilled

180°C

Cook Time

- 9 min.


Based on half a pack

Set temperature to 180°C.

Remove required amount from packaging.

Place into air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook for 9 minutes.

Shake half way through cooking time.

Grill Chilled

Cook Time

10 min. - 12 min.


Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.

Remove required amount from packaging, carefully separate.

Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.

Grill for 10-12 minutes.

Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

Oven Chilled

Fan 170°C

Cook Time

- 20 min.


Gas 5

Pre-heat oven Fan 170°C/Gas 5.

Remove required amount from packaging.

Place on a baking tray near middle of the oven for 20 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time.

Pan Fry Chilled

Cook Time

- 8 min.


Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Remove from packaging.

Fry over a low to medium heat for 8 minutes.

Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened store in the fridge between 0°C and 5°C and use within 2 days and date indicated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase before the date mark shown. Best used within 3 months of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before use. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
