Used half in a slow cook casserole but it was full of gristle. Spoilt the meal. Threw the rest in the bin.

Not to sure about the lean bit, every piece has some fat or tendons and a lot of very small bits, fine for my dog though

A little too much fat, inconsistent chunk size.

Really nice. I slow cooked for 7 hours after browning in the frying pan and the meat was perfect, no fat, no gristle just tender fall apart beef.

Fatty not lean, ended up spitting most of it out, such a shame after spending so much time cooking it, would def not recommend , not sure how they can describe as lean??

This is the worst steak i have ever bought half of it was gristle and fat would not recommend

Just awful, despite being in a slow cooker for 4 hours the meat was still tough and I had three pieces of gristle, removed from favourites and certainly won't be buying again.

Tasty & very tender , great value. 5*

Tasty beef, very lean. I brown in the fry pan from frozen and then move it to the slow cooker with onions, carrots, tomato and a bottle of brown ale and leave it for 6+ hours without lifting the lift - melt in the mouth stew every single time time.

Nice lean meat and good price. Would recommend
