How to cook
Pan Fry and Oven Chilled
Fan 180°C
Cook time:
2 hr. - 2 hr. 30 min.
Gas 6
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Remove from packaging.
Add required amount to the pan.
Fry over a medium heat.
Stir frequently until browned all over, reduce heat if necessary.
Transfer to an ovenproof dish, add vegetables and stock, cover and cook near the middle of the oven for 2 hours - 2 hours 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally, add more stock if necessary.

Stewed in slow cooker with spuds. Melted in the mouth. Cannot understand the adverse comments. Good value for money even when compared to the cheaper supermarkets.

Cooked in the slow cooker overnight in a curry sauce to make a beef curry and it was beautifully tender, fell apart when chewing it, only criticism was it seemed to have shrunk in size, taking that into account I would still purchase again.

Cooked in a stew for hours, still very chewy and no taste whatsoever would not recommend avoid complete waste of money wouldn’t even give it to my dog !!

Like chewing plastic. Tasteless, too. and if added to a slow cooker on low temperature for 6 hours in the nicest sauce available to Man kind it will still turn out chewy and disappointing. Maybe it's the fct there is literally no fat to melt , whatsoever... but it's terrible in my opinion.

Twice now I have purchased this product and within three days the meat has gone off even though it’s been in the freezer! In the past I have never had this problem with it. My freezer is working perfectly so no idea why th3 meat has gone all brown and off
