How to cook
Pan Fry Defrost
Pre-heat a little oil (optional) in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Place the required amount of mince into the frying pan.
Fry turning gently until the meat has browned and no pink colour remains.
Drain off any excess liquid and continue with selected recipe.
