How to cook

Defrost

In a refrigerator Cook time: - 24 hr.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 7 days.


Hob Defrost

Based on 1 or 2 shanks Cook time: - 30 min.

Remove from outer packaging.

Place unopened pouch(es) into a large pan of boiling water.

Bring back to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes (Do not let the pan boil dry).

Shake the pouch gently before opening.


Hob Frozen

Based on 1 or 2 shanks Cook time: - 45 min.

Remove from outer packaging.

Place unopened pouch(es) into a large pan of boiling water.

Bring back to the boil and simmer for 45 minutes (Do not let the pan boil dry).

Shake the pouch gently before opening.


Microwave Frozen

Cat E 800w Cook time: - 12 min.

Based on 1 shank

Remove outer packaging, pierce pouch several times.

Place on a microwaveable plate.

Cook for 7 minutes.

Shake pouch gently, cook for a further 5 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute, shake pouch gently before serving.
