How to cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C Cook time: - 1 hr. 5 min.

Gas 6

Remove outer packaging and film lid.

Cover loosely with foil.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 1 hour 5 minutes.

Remove foil for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.

Stand for 10 minutes before carving.

Moist meat, nice sauce, easy to cook in just over an hour

Cooking time is not as stated on the packet when cooked from frozen. Half an hour after the time given I am still waiting for the lamb to finish cooking. The roasties and stuffing are now ruined because of incorrectly stated times on the packet.

Excellent joint defrosted it first,then I cooked it on 150 for approx 4hours it was really tender & very tasty I will defo buy again.
