How to cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C Cook time: - 1 hr. 5 min.

Gas 6

Remove outer packaging and film lid.

Cover loosely with foil.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 1 hour 5 minutes.

Remove foil for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.

Stand for 10 minutes before carving.

Cooked from frozen as directed but still raw in middle despite giving it extra cooking time. Not nice tasting at all and was a disappointing choice given that all the other Iceland joints we have eaten have been very good.

Had this joint for supper last night. Cooked exactly per instructions. Very tender and tantalisingly pink in the middle. Delicious!! It was sent to us as a substituted product and we were delighted.

I defrosted the joint and cooked it for 50 minutes at 180 in the middle of the oven then rested it for 15 minutes. It was tender and lean for lamb leg. Will certainly buy it again but agree it's a good portion for two adults maybe 3 at a push.

Tasty,but for TWO servings,never 3-4.Very disappointing.would not buy again,too pricey.

Cooked this product for Sunday dinner (7th ) found to be good as far as quality but poor for quantity.Enough for TWO servings,not FOUR as stated on packaging.

This is Superb/ loved it.

I gave a review praising this product saying it was better being cooked in the slow cooker on high for 4 hours.... I forgot to say I put it in fully thawed Out as you have to with slow cookers.

I looked inside the box and thought... oh no, I dont think those cooking instructions are any good. So I took the contents out of the foil container and popped them into my slow cooker On a high setting for 4 hours and it was beautiful. This is the first time I have tried it and will definitely be buying it again. There are just two of us and that provided a generous portion, not sure about three unless one is a child and certainly not 4 portions. Delicious, moist.. yummy!

Love this so much. I do like it cooked a little longer than the time stated. Living alone, I then slice and freeze in individual portions for my 'Sunday roast' which would do me the 3-4 servings as stated.Trouble is I tend to eat half there and then.
