How to cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C Cook time: - 1 hr. 5 min.

Gas 6

Remove outer packaging and film lid.

Cover loosely with foil.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 1 hour 5 minutes.

Remove foil for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.

Stand for 10 minutes before carving.

Very small your better off just buying a leg, only fed 2! tastes ok but I hate mint on lamb, don’t know why most of Iceland’s lamb has mint on it, not everyone likes mint.

Cooked as per instructions, blood still pouring out of meat at end of cooking time. In fact it was cooked 10 mins longer than instructions and on a higher heat.

It’s absolutely amazing I buy it all the time

Such a small piece of lamb! Had to buy a extra dinner! This only feeds one person 2 if your lucky !!! Definitely not 3-4! Was as small as one small chicken breast

Very disappointed, bought just for me found it to be fatty and very chewy by the time i cut off all that, there was not much left to eat. Would not buy again.

This was alovely joint, had to cook for longer than stated but really tastier, good valus for money willl buy again.

70% fat not nice not worth the money, better off buying a piece of pork or chicken, don't waste your money

Looks nothing like the picture, mine was a fat lump of gristle and no meat. Had to throw most of it away as it was uneditable..... Worst Iceland meat I have ever had

This has to be the worse meat ever! Uncooked after following the cooking instructions. Full of gristle and fat!! Please stop selling it.

We cooked ours in the slow cooker it was so nice
