How to cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C Cook time: - 1 hr. 5 min.

Gas 6

Remove outer packaging and film lid.

Cover loosely with foil.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 1 hour 5 minutes.

Remove foil for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.

Stand for 10 minutes before carving.

I gave a review praising this product saying it was better being cooked in the slow cooker on high for 4 hours.... I forgot to say I put it in fully thawed Out as you have to with slow cookers.

I looked inside the box and thought... oh no, I dont think those cooking instructions are any good. So I took the contents out of the foil container and popped them into my slow cooker On a high setting for 4 hours and it was beautiful. This is the first time I have tried it and will definitely be buying it again. There are just two of us and that provided a generous portion, not sure about three unless one is a child and certainly not 4 portions. Delicious, moist.. yummy!

Love this so much. I do like it cooked a little longer than the time stated. Living alone, I then slice and freeze in individual portions for my 'Sunday roast' which would do me the 3-4 servings as stated.Trouble is I tend to eat half there and then.

Cooking time out, ended up eating the veg and waiting half hour extra before lamb was ready. Then it was tough, just about fed two people

Very disappointing,I followed the instructions but had to cook it for longer than stated.Definately not enough for 3-4 servings.I would not buy this item again.

Nice taste really small for price and feeds 2 at the most would say feeds 1

They have just put this price up from 6 to 7 pounds..Its very poor value..A lot of fat, small portion to say it could be for 3/4 is laughable..I used to buy them regular till they got fattier and more expensive..A complete rip off. It shrinks with cooking to such a small piece, it's insulting to say the least.
