How to cook

Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Fry over a medium to high heat for 8-10 minutes.
Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.

10 min. - 12 min.
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.

Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.

These are appalling ok if you like chewing on bones. There is no meat on them.

Very disappointing Iceland. Seen moor meat on a butcher’s pencil. I definitely will not be buying these again.

Not great quality, but then you get what you pay for. I buy these for my dog, he likes them a lot.

Really poor. Not sure I will even bother to try to cook them - assortment of cuts and mostly bone - and NZ/Australian too.

used it in my lancashire hot pot, but I totally agree the steaks are poor value for money. They have so much bone in them that you are actually left with not a lot of usable meat. I would not buy again

Out of the 4 chops only one had meat the rest were more like soup bones terrible
