How to cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C

Cook Time

- 45 min.


Gas 6

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove outer packaging and film lid, place sauce sachet in a bowl of hot water.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

35 minutes into cooking time empty contents of sauce sachet over the chicken, return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.

Defrost

in a refrigerator

Cook Time

- 12 hr.


Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 1 day.

Oven Defrost

Fan 180°C

- 30 min.
