How to cook
Oven Frozen

Cook time:
20 min. - 25 min.

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place on a pre-heated baking tray near the top of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.
Air Fry Frozen
1400W 4Ltr
Cook time:
10 min. - 12 min.
Based on half a bag.
Set temperature to 180°C.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place into air fryer basket.
Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.

Get these all the time and we have used these for years. The chicken isnt reconstituted as far as I can tell. Great with a big salad and a few of these striped roughly chopped on top.

These are very good, definitely hot and spicy, crisp crumb on the outside and the chicken fillet inside is tender and juicy. Great with chips and coleslaw for a quick and tasty tea

Cooked in the air fryer these are fantastic, hot & spicy ??? Yes definitely are . I always buy 3 packs of them as good as a quick snack in a wrap with some salad.
