‘’Great Great taste’’. I just sprinkled with a little flour salt and pepper and fried gently until golden. It stayed soft squidgy and tasty for a while as others go hard and tasteless fast.

As others have said, this halloumi is lovely. Great texture, great 'squeak' when you eat it and grills well.

Just want to tell everyone this Hellim/ halloumi as we Turkish Cypriots call it Hellim. Is absolutely delicious and well Made . The Hellim is well cooked This is what gives it that squeak when chewed . If you ever get halloumi that has a poor squeak! Then it’s not been cooked enough so as not to loose weight. As this a trick some poor manufacturers use to gain more profits. But quality is not good. Trust me when I tell you this halloumi is great for £2 not as good as my grandma used to make in pathos But try buying sheeps milk in uk !

This halloumi is just as good as any other brand. Great taste and texture, cooks well and reasonably priced.

I'm not a connoisseur of halloumi but I think this one is good, and costs at least ten percent less than halloumi sold in other supermarkets.

This cheese is something else, salty and savoury with a unique texture. Firm and perfect for grilling, might be an acquired taste!
