How to cook
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook Time
- 1 hr. 30 min.
Gas 6
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove carton and film lid, leave in foil tray, place glaze sachet to one side.
Cover loosely with foil.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.
1 hour 15 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, drain, cover with glaze, return to oven for a further 15 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
Air Fry Frozen
160°C
Cook Time
- 55 min.
Gammon only: Set temperature to 160°C.
Remove from all packaging, place glaze sachet to one side.
Place into air fryer basket.
Cook for 55 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes.
Microwave Frozen

- 1 min. 30 sec.
800W
Glaze sachet only: Carefully cut the corner of the glaze sachet and stand in a jug, heat for 1 minute 30 seconds, pour over joint before carving.
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 24 hr.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Drain before cooking.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
