Pre-heat oven Fan 190°C/Gas 6.
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.
45 minutes into cooking time remove film lid and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Favourite Friday night meal as an alternative to a takeaway. Love Frank's sauce anyway but this is perfect with the cheesy sauce. I tend to cook it a little longer than advised as the waffle fries can get a bit soggy. But it's delicious!

Overall taste is good but too spicy for me only one of the loaded range I won't eat again

Basically perfect, good balance of flavours, not too much heat but a warming bite in places. Goods well, textures are excellent.

If you just buy it all separately you could make it yourself and itl be a lot nicer... chicken cheese and buffalo sauce definitely works, but the criss cross fries have went to mush

All stick together and very soggy even with a extra 20 mins in the oven I do not recommend any of the loaded fries range

The chicken, sauce and cheese is very nice. The spiciness is wonderful. The "fries" however were awful. Most of it went uneaten because all the potato was hard and horrible. Almost like it wasn't cooked properly even though I followed the instructions
