How to cook
Defrost
Defrost in a refrigerator for 48 hours.
Once defrosted use immediately.
Oven Defrost
Remove from outer packaging (leave in the netting).
Place in a deep sided roasting tin, cover loosely with foil, place near the middle of the oven.
3 hours 30 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 30 minutes.
Stand for 20 minutes and remove netting before carving.
