How to cook
Oven Chilled
Fan 210°C
Cook Time
- 1 hr. 30 min.
Gas 8
Pre-heat oven Fan 210°C/Gas 8.
Remove from all packaging and place on a roasting tray, dry the rind with a paper towel.
Rest the pork at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Dry any excess moisture and generously sprinkle with salt.
Place pork in the middle of a pre-heated oven for 40 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 180°C Fan/ Gas 6, and cook for a further 50 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
Remove strings, carve joint in the same direction as the strings.
Air Fry Chilled
200°C
Cook Time
- 1 hr. 30 min.
Set temperature to 200°C.
Remove from all packaging.
Rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
Using a paper towel dry the surface of the fat and season liberally with salt.
Place into air fryer basket.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 160°C.
Cook for 60 minutes.
Allow joint to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Remove strings, carve joint in the same direction as the strings.
