How to cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 180ºC Cook time: 2 hr. 10 min.

For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.

Pre-heat oven.

Remove outer packaging & film lid.

Cover loosely with foil, place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

1 hour 15 minutes into cooking time, remove foil and return to oven for a further 55 minutes Fan/ 60 minutes Gas.

Stand for 10 minutes before carving.


Defrost

Defrost in a refrigerator. Drain before cooking.


Oven Defrost

Fan 180ºC Cook time: 1 hr. 15 min.

Gas 6 Cook time: 1 hr. 20 min.
