Really easy to prepare and great value for money.

I add this to my nutribullet, tastes really good and for the price, you get a large amount.

Just a tad less costly than the fresh stuff but there are no pesky stalk bits to weed out and of course unused kale goes back in the freezer rather than going yellow then going out. Both flavour and texture are different from fresh. Very nice though with butter and lemon juice. Mmmmmmmm !
