How to cook

Oven Chilled

Fan 200°C Gas 7

Remove from all packaging.

Allow product to rest for 15 minutes.

Pre-heat oven Fan 200°C/Gas 7.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

Cook for 30 minutes per 500g plus 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes reduce the temperature to Fan 160°C/Gas 4 for the remaining cooking time.

For crispier crackling increase temperature to Fan 200°C/ Gas 7 for the last 15 minutes of cooking time.

Stand for 20 minutes, remove string before carving.

Pork (100%).

Rind on boneless pork loin joint.
