How to cook
Stir Fry Frozen
Cook Time
12 min. - 15 min.
Based on a whole bag
Heat 25ml (approx. 2-3 dessert spoons) of oil in a frying pan or wok over a medium to high heat.
Cut top of the bag.
Add product mix to the pan.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, stir frequently, reduce heat if necessary.
Increase heat and stir frequently to reduce liquid if necessary.

Remove required amount from packaging.
Place into a large microwaveable dish.
Cover and vent.
Cook for 8 minutes.
Stir, cook for a further 6 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Air Fry Frozen
180°C
Cook Time
- 24 min.
Based on a whole bag
Set temperature to 180°C.
Remove insert from the air fryer basket.
Decant into air fryer basket.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil.
Cook for 24 minutes, stirring every 6 minutes.
