How to cook

Air Fry Frozen

180ºC

Cook Time

- 21 min.


Based on a whole pack

Set temperature to 180°C.

Remove from all packaging.

Place the grated cheese sachet to one side.

Place the sauce sachet in a bowl of boiling water and set aside for duration of cook time to defrost.

Place chicken fillets into air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook for 16 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.

Then, squeeze and spread the defrosted tomato sauce over the chicken, sprinkle grated cheese over the tomato sauce.

Cook for a further 5 minutes.

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C

Cook Time

- 32 min.


Gas 6

Based on a whole pack

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove from all packaging.

Place the grated cheese sachet to one side.

Place the sauce sachet in a bowl of boiling water and set aside for duration of cook time to defrost.

Place chicken fillets on a baking tray near the top of the oven for 25 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time.

Then, squeeze and spread the defrosted tomato sauce over the chicken fillets, sprinkle grated cheese over the tomato sauce.

Cook for a further 7 minutes.
