Far to much onion this is not a proper madras, the amount of onion spoils it, i personally will not be buying this again unless they change the recipe.

A very nicely balanced Madras, just right for heat for a Madras, and contrary to some reviewers ,mine had adequate amount of meat, both the chicken and beef versions,Another firm favourite from Iceland, though i recommend a plain nan bread with this one.

The taste was lovely but most of the chicken was so hard, absolutely solid and dry, it was not edible. Must remember not to order this again. Hope the other curries I got will not be this bad.

I've been buying this curry range for years.... since they have supposedly improved the recipes.... I have decided to stop buying the whole range. Very sad as i used to enjoy iceland curries.. now they are watery with not a lot of meat or chicken

Excellent

Tasty with tender chicken in

Excellent

this is the hottest so far I have had in this range and another one that actually tastes authentic. you have to salt to taste and it is a lot but test and see how you go slowly. this is only because frozen food losses its taste so the salt brings it back. cooking time I would say 45 minutes so good there and have it with vegetables or rice or even some nice nans you will love it.

Really enjoyed the flavour, and good value, indian cuisine is my absolute favourite food and this didn't disappoint

I love these meals usually go for the chicken ones though Lamb and Pork would also be good to go with the beef as an alternative.

Excellent

Excellent

It's one of the nicest curry's I've tasted in a long time, top rate

Used to love the original one,but the new*improved* is really Awful! Please bring back the old one.

Delicious.

If you like bayleaves then this curry is for you! Bring back the old recipe

The new recipe is rubbish, prefer the old one. I have stopped getting them, not just the Chicken Madras, the whole curry range

This was the closest to a real curry any store did whether frozen or tinned, until the new 'improved recipe'. I've registered just to write this review. Please change it back. 10 curry leaves, 30% more onion and zero taste isn't an improvement!....same goes for the beef.

This curry is now nothing like a Madras. Total rubbish.

Great curry, proper taste and heat. Never buy tinned curry again this is just like your local Indian!
