How to cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C

Cook Time

- 45 min.


Gas 6

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove from all packaging.

Place in a roasting tin near the middle of the oven for 45 minutes.

Defrost

in a refrigerator

Cook Time

- 16 hr.


Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a tray with raised edges, cover.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 16 hours.

Drain before cooking.

Once defrosted, use immediately.

Pan Fry & Oven Defrost

Cook Time

- 29 min.


Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Add to the pan, fry for 4 minutes turning halfway.

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Transfer chicken to a baking tray, place near the middle of the oven, cook for 25 minutes.
