How to cook
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook Time
- 40 min.

Based on whole pack
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove from all packaging, place in an ovenproof dish.
Place near the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.
If using chilled, once cooked allow to cool, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
Microwave Frozen

Remove from all packaging.
Place into a shallow microwaveable dish.
Cover and vent.
Cook for 7 minutes.
Stir, cook for a further 7 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Defrost
in a refrigerator

- 16 hr.
Place unopened bag seal side up on a plate.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 16 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and cook within 1 day, following defrost cooking instructions.
