How to cook
Steam Frozen
Cook Time

Place required amount into steamer basket over boiling water.
Bring back to the boil and steam for 6 minutes (Do not let the pan boil dry).
Remove from steam basket and serve.

Place required amount in a microwaveable dish.
Cover with film and pierce several times.
Cook for 6 minutes.
Drain and serve.

Place required amount into a pan and cover with boiling water.
Bring back to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes until tender.
Drain well and serve.
Stir Fry Frozen

7 min. - 8 min.
Pre-heat a little oil in a wok.
Add required amount to the pan.
Fry over a medium to high heat for 7-8 minutes.
Stir frequently, reduce heat if necessary.
