First time buying this but definitely won't be the last! Best carrot cake I have ever tasted!! It says eat within 24 hrs but I kept some in the fridge 3 days and it was as fresh as day 1. Highly recommend.

Luxury carrot cake! Loved the topping, though it's better left outside the fridge for a few hours for the cream to settle, otherwise its a bit messy to eat.

I would have liked more spice and nuts in the cake but it was still enjoyable. The topping could have been abit firmer as well, it did taste nice though so would definitely buy this again.
