Place required amount into steamer basket over boiling water.

Bring back to the boil and steam for 8-9 minutes until tender.

Do not let the pan boil dry.

Cook for 3 minutes.

Shake the bag gently.

Cook for a further 3 minutes.

Place required amount into a pan and cover with boiling water.

Bring back to the boil and simmer for 7-8 minutes until tender.

Drain well and serve.
