Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok over a medium to high heat.

Remove all packaging and add to the pan.

Fry over a medium to high heat for 12 minutes.

Stir frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

Microwave Frozen

Remove all packaging.

Place into a large microwaveable dish.

Cover and vent.

Cook for 7 minutes.

Stir, cook for a further 7 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
